1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Time Frame: Items must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • Receipt: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be exchanged.
  • Underwear and Swimwear: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges on underwear or swimwear.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective.

3. Exchange Process

  • In-Store Exchange: You can exchange items at any Kellestya store across the UAE. Please bring the item along with the receipt.
  • Online Exchange: For online purchases, please follow these steps:
    • Contact our customer service team at [email/phone number] within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
    • Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
